What you do today can improve all your tomorrows

Do you need a break? From what?

It’s essential to take regular breaks from whatever tasks are in progress. Only by stepping away from the most difficult problems will solutions appear.

Rather than struggling on in an unproductive manner, park your task.

Do something easier or take a break. Perhaps find a quiet moment to relax with some deep breathing.

For very difficult tasks, it is good to sleep on it (it time permits).

Some countries have a culture of mañana or later. I’ll do it when I’ve planned and prepared.

Of course, sometimes when you delay doing a task, the need for doing it goes away and you can get on with more interesting activities.

Never do today what you can put off till tomorrow. Delay may give clearer light as to what is best to be done. Aaron Burr
