An intelligent person realises how much they don’t know

A good leader will take a team where they want to go, sometimes navigating to find the way, sometimes following.

They will take responsibility for mistakes and bad decisions along the way.

Good leaders often don’t want to be leaders, they understand it’s a thankless task.

They have sleepless nights. They have few friends, no favourites.

They push you beyond your limits, then a bit further.
