What are 5 everyday things that bring you happiness?
1) Taking enjoyment out of walking the dog in the Chiltern area of outstanding natural beauty- on my doorstep.
2) Learning something new -perhaps some Spanish or improving a skill.
3) Finding a few minutes to help someone – in a work setting or one of my family.
4) Being thankful for a tasty meal with family and/or friends. Sharing food is great fun.
5) The satisfaction of achieving something – perhaps getting the washing done and drying it on the line.
Lovely to take a few minutes to think about a few things that bring happiness every day.
